315Work Avenue leased approximately 45,000 sq ft of managed office space at Bhartiya City in Bengaluru, expanding its portfolio to around four million sq ft across multiple cities. The deal, facilitated by Colliers India, adds to the company's existing capacity of about 80,000 seats. Separately, Welspun One signed Novel Jewels for around 15,000 sq ft at its Urban Distribution Centre in Thane, enhancing storage and distribution capabilities for the Aditya Birla Group company.
