Amarnath Yatra resumes after six-day weather halt
The Amarnath Yatra resumed on Saturday after a six-day suspension due to bad weather, with 6,269 pilgrims departing from Jammu. This batch includes 1,470 women, 25 children, and 54 Sadhus, traveling in a convoy of 223 vehicles under tight security. Officials did not dispatch a convoy for the Pahalgam route, focusing on the Baltal base camp instead.
