Amgen drug combined with immunotherapy extends survival in lung cancer trial
Amgen's drug Imdelltra, combined with immunotherapy, significantly improved survival rates in lung cancer patients during a trial. Nearly 80% of patients treated with the combination were alive after one year, compared to 53% on Imfinzi alone. The findings could influence treatment protocols as further patient follow-up continues.
