Another ship with 4 Indians targeted at Ukraine port, MEA issues advisory
A merchant vessel, the MV AGN Ragnar, with four Indian seafarers was attacked at Ukraine's Odesa port, marking the third such incident in a week. The Indian Embassy confirmed that two seafarers are safe, while information on the other two remains pending. In light of five Indian seafarer deaths in the region since July 18, India issued an advisory urging citizens to assess security risks before taking maritime jobs in conflict zones, particularly the Black Sea area.
