Ansal township takeover: LDA mulls completion charge for MIG, HIG homebuyers
The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is considering a completion charge for middle-income group (MIG) and higher-income group (HIG) homebuyers in the stalled Ansal API township following the UP Cabinet's approval on September 15. Exemptions will apply to lower-income group (LIG) and economically weaker section (EWS) buyers. The LDA aims to address claims as it takes over the township's documentation and liabilities.
