Apple Pay goes live in India with Axis Bank-issued Visa and Mastercard cards
Apple launched Apple Pay in India on Wednesday, enabling users to add eligible Axis Bank-issued Visa and Mastercard cards to their Apple Wallet. The feature enhances payment security by not storing card numbers on devices or Apple servers. Customers can access this service via the Axis Bank app or the Wallet app on their iPhones, with support for Mac expected soon.
