Arvind SmartSpaces to jointly develop 2.5 acres residential project in Bengaluru
Arvind SmartSpaces announced plans to jointly develop a 2.5-acre residential project on Sarjapur Road in Bengaluru. The project will feature an estimated saleable area of approximately 3.6 lakh sq ft and has a potential revenue of ₹470 crore. This initiative increases the company's cumulative new business development potential for FY27 to around ₹3,100 crore.
