Birla Estates in advance talks to buy 10-acre plot in Noida for ₹1,000 crore
Birla Estates is in advanced talks to acquire a 10-acre plot in Noida from Shipra Group for approximately ₹1,000 crore. The company plans to develop a luxury residential project on the site, which is near existing developments. This acquisition would be Birla Estates' second project in Noida, following a partnership with Sikka Group last December.
