Bombay HC nixes auction of four-acre land in housing project in Shikrapur
The Bombay High Court annulled an April 29 auction of 4.42 acres of land in the Aura City housing project in Shikrapur, citing irregularities by local officials. The court ordered developer Bhagvati Infra to refund ₹3.15 crore to 13 flat purchasers within two weeks and mandated action against the Shirur tehsildar for collusion and auction misconduct. The state has six months to report on the actions taken against the tehsildar.
