Brigade Group signed a lease with US-based HealthEdge for 1.62 lakh sq ft at Brigade Square in Thiruvananthapuram. The office space spans 11 floors and is part of Brigade's first IT building in Technopark Phase 1. This move supports HealthEdge's operations in healthcare technology, with further plans for a two million sq ft World Trade Center in the area.
