Brookfield India’s REIT arm acquires four office units in Mumbai’s Powai for ₹75 crore
Brookfield India Real Estate Trust's arm, Kairos Properties, acquired four office units in Mumbai's Powai for ₹75.2 crore, increasing its ownership in the Delphi building from 80% to 86%. The deal is expected to complete in Q3 FY27, as part of a larger investment plan for a global capability centre in the area, aiming for completion by 2029.
