Built years ago, Noida sector 105 homes now face lakhs in labour cess dues
Residents of Noida's Sector 105 face labour cess notices demanding payments for properties built 7-10 years ago, with penalties up to 100%. The notices, based on a 2017-18 survey, have raised concerns as many residents have already paid the dues. The local Residents' Welfare Association has appealed to the Noida District Magistrate for intervention against these demands.
