CBI arrests Nirav Modi associate Sandeep Mistry after deportation from UAE
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested Sandeep Mistry, an associate of fugitive Nirav Modi, after his deportation from the UAE. Mistry is accused of orchestrating fictitious trade deals and threatening dummy directors to hide evidence in the Punjab National Bank fraud case. He was taken into custody in Mumbai and is now in judicial custody.
