CBI files 18th chargesheet against builder, directors in homebuyers fraud case

The case involves fraudulent activities related to a housing project in Rajarhat, where the accused allegedly misled investors for financial gain. The CBI is investigating 31 additional cases linked to similar allegations against various builders and financial officials.
