Centre clears 31 more applications under electronics components manufacturing scheme
The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology approved 31 applications under the Electronics Components Manufacturing Scheme, involving ₹7,877 crore in investment. These projects, spanning 10 states, are expected to generate production worth ₹82,243 crore and create nearly 10,000 direct jobs, according to IT Secretary S Krishnan. This marks a significant step in boosting domestic manufacturing.
