Centre deploys national outbreak response team amid Chandipura virus surge in Gujarat, Rajasthan
The Union Health Ministry deployed a National Joint Outbreak Response Team (NJORT) to Gujarat and Rajasthan following a surge in Chandipura virus cases, which resulted in 22 child fatalities in Gujarat.
