Chintels India seeks Gurugram administration nod to raze Tower J in Paradiso
Chintels India requested permission from the Gurugram administration to demolish Tower J of Paradiso, following safety concerns after the collapse of living rooms in February 2022 that killed two residents. The Supreme Court's recent order mandates residents of unsafe flats to vacate by January 1, 2027, as the developer prepares for redevelopment of the remaining towers.
