Chubb Business Services India Private Limited leased 1.68 lakh sq ft of office space in Madhapur, Hyderabad, committing ₹115 crore in total rent. The lease, covering three floors in the Octave Block of Salarpuria Knowledge City, includes a five-year term for the 12th and 14th floors and a two-year term for the 16th floor. This expansion increases Chubb's total office footprint in the project to approximately 2.19 lakh sq ft.
