CJP lawyer says Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka, and Ajinkya Shinde 'arrested', calls it 'illegal' | What we know so far
Delhi Police detained Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka, and Ajinkya Shinde after they attempted to enter Jantar Mantar, which was recently de-notified as a protest site. The trio faces charges including trespass and obstruction of duty and will be presented in court on Wednesday. Their lawyer claims the arrests were illegal and they were denied access to legal counsel.
