CJP Protest: Will intervene if Supreme Court metro station is not opened by lunch, says CJI Surya Kant
Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant warned that the Supreme Court Metro station must reopen by lunchtime or he will intervene. The closure of the station, along with others in Central Delhi, has hindered access for lawyers and litigants amid ongoing student protests. The CJI also instructed that no adverse orders should be issued due to the absence of affected lawyers.
