CM seeks 11.56 lakh PMAY-G houses for Telangana from centre
Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy requested Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan to allocate 11.56 lakh houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin scheme. Reddy highlighted the increased housing demand due to the previous government's failure to fully utilize the scheme, leaving many families without homes. He also urged for additional works under the VB-G-RAM-G scheme to support livelihoods affected by the El Nino weather pattern.
