CMRL payoff case: Kerala HC orders registration of FIR against Pinarayi Vijayan, kin based on ED report
The Kerala High Court ordered the registration of an FIR against Leader of the Opposition Pinarayi Vijayan, his daughter T. Veena, and son-in-law based on a report from the Enforcement Directorate. The FIR will include charges under the Prevention of Corruption Act. The court directed the ED to provide all necessary documents to the Director of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau.
