Concorde to invest ₹80 crore in Bengaluru housing project
Concorde will invest ₹80 crore to develop Concorde Sienna, a residential project on Hennur Road in North Bengaluru. The project spans three acres and has a development potential of 4.5 lakh sq ft, with an expected gross development value of ₹500 crore. Construction is set to include 260 premium apartments across G+28 floors, ranging from 1,200 sq ft to 1,870 sq ft.
