Credai opposes UP RERA’s 4-month project extension, says conditions limit relief
The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Western UP chapter opposed Uttar Pradesh RERA's four-month project extension, citing restrictive conditions that could exclude many developers. More than 400 developers have requested the withdrawal of the August 21 order, arguing that all ongoing projects should qualify for the extension without additional requirements. CREDAI plans to escalate its opposition if conditions remain unchanged.
