Cyberabad EOW books builder for cheating homebuyers in ₹24 crore flat project
The Cyberabad Economic Offences Wing (EOW) registered a criminal case against Pranith Koncepts Private Limited and its directors for allegedly defrauding homebuyers of over ₹24 crore in a residential project. A complaint from A Harshavardhan Reddy revealed that the firm collected substantial payments without securing necessary approvals or completing the construction of flats. The EOW's action follows claims from Reddy and at least 55 other buyers who reported similar issues with the developers.
