Delhi: 45 JJ clusters identified for in-situ redevelopment under master plan 2047
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has identified 45 JJ clusters for in-situ redevelopment under Master Plan Delhi 2047, impacting over 100,000 residents. A request for proposal has been issued to appoint advisers for feasibility reports on 15 projects, expected to enhance housing and infrastructure. The reports will be completed within a year, guiding systematic project implementation.
