Delhi civic body approves up to 75% rebate on regularisation charges in PM-UDAY colonies
The Municipal Corporation of Delhi approved a 75% rebate on regularisation charges for houses in PM-UDAY colonies. This initiative, announced by Standing Committee chairperson Satya Sharma, aims to make regularisation affordable for residents, with a deadline for completion set for October 31, 2026. The move is expected to facilitate property rights for approximately 44.75 lakh residents in 1,511 colonies.
