DHBVN directs ATS Triumph's developer to separate power, upkeep charges
Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) directed ATS Triumph's developer to implement a unified billing system by separating maintenance and diesel generator charges from residents' prepaid electricity wallets. This follows a Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission audit revealing billing lapses since May 2019. The developer must comply with these directions, which could prevent disconnections due to non-electricity dues.
