DLF to launch projects worth ₹58K cr in 2-3 yrs in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai amid luxury housing demand
DLF Ltd will launch housing projects worth ₹58,000 crore in Delhi-NCR and Mumbai over the next 2-3 years to meet rising luxury housing demand. The company aims to develop around 24 million sq ft, building on its recent success, including a senior living project in Gurugram that sold for ₹1,985 crore. DLF targets ₹20,000 crore in sales bookings by FY 2026-27.
