DTCP rejects AIPL plea against Oberoi Realty’s Gurugram project
The Director, Department of Town and Country Planning, Haryana (DTCP) rejected Advance India Projects Limited's (AIPL) plea against Oberoi Realty's Gurugram project on August 13, 2026. The DTCP upheld Licence No. 69 of 2025, affirming its legality. Following this decision, restrictions imposed by the Punjab & Haryana High Court on the project have ceased, allowing Oberoi Realty to proceed.
