EC tells SC decisions were unanimous, but silent on why two members weren’t informed
The Election Commission of India submitted an affidavit to the Supreme Court asserting that decisions regarding the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls were unanimous. However, it did not explain why two Commissioners were not informed prior to these decisions, as most of their notes were recorded after the fact. The Supreme Court is expected to further investigate this matter.
