ED arrests Ozone Urbana Infra Developer's CMD in ₹927.22 crore homebuyer alleged fraud case
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) arrested S Vasudevan, Chairman and Managing Director of Ozone Urbana Infra Developers Pvt Ltd, on September 30 in a ₹927.22 crore homebuyer fraud case. The investigation revealed that the company failed to deliver apartments and misappropriated funds. Vasudevan is currently in ED custody for 14 days as the investigation continues.
