EFC I leases 95,897 sq ft office space; VFS Global launches model sub-registrar office in Pune
EFC (I) leased a 95,897 sq ft office in Pune for five years, potentially generating over ₹70 crore in revenue and adding 2,000 seats to its portfolio. Separately, VFS Global launched Maharashtra's first model sub-registrar office in Pune, aimed at enhancing property registration services through digital transformation. Four more offices are planned across Mumbai, Thane, and Nagpur.
