Eicher Motors leases four lakh sq ft in Sriperumbudur industrial park
Eicher Motors leased nearly 400,000 sq ft at Casagrand Industrial Park in Sriperumbudur for seven years, starting August 31, 2026, to expand its manufacturing capabilities. The company will pay a monthly rent of ₹82.45 lakh, with a 3.5% annual escalation, and has made a security deposit of ₹5.24 crore. This move supports Eicher's strategy to enhance production capacity, particularly for its Royal Enfield motorcycles, as it also invests ₹2,200 crore in a new facility in Andhra Pradesh.
