Embassy REIT to acquire 8,048 sq ft office space in Mumbai’s BKC for ₹48.29 crore
Embassy Office Parks REIT will acquire 8,048 sq ft of office space in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex for ₹48.29 crore, as approved on October 6, 2026. The acquisition from Citigroup Global Markets India will enhance Embassy's holdings in the First International Financial Centre and is expected to boost rental income. The deal is set to close by Q3 FY27.
