Ex-bureaucrat moves Delhi HC against ‘large-scale’ CAPF deployment during protests
Former civil servant Ashish Joshi filed a Public Interest Litigation in the Delhi High Court against the large-scale deployment of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) during protests. The petition demands disclosure of requisitions made by the Delhi Police and the sanction orders from the Union Ministry of Home Affairs. The court's response is awaited.
