Exclusive | Ram temple ‘donation theft’ probe widens: After 8 held, 30 more under lens
The investigation into the theft of donations at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya has expanded, with eight arrests made and around 30 additional employees now under scrutiny. Many of these employees, involved in counting cash offerings, were reportedly hired through recommendations from senior functionaries of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. Authorities are examining their backgrounds to determine if any have amassed assets disproportionate to their known income since joining the operation.
