FM leases 220,000 sq ft office space at Bhartiya Centre in Bengaluru
FM, formerly FM Global, leased 220,000 sq ft at the Bhartiya Centre for Information Technology in Bengaluru and is negotiating for additional space. This lease contributes to a record office space absorption of 41.6 million sq ft across India's major cities in the first half of 2026, marking a 7% year-on-year increase. The Bhartiya Centre plans further expansion, with a groundbreaking for an adjacent 22-acre site scheduled for September–October, aiming to add 5.5 million sq ft of office space over time.
