Tejal Mercantile Private Limited, linked to the Parikh family, purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai's Worli for ₹110.41 crore. The 7,303 sq ft unit in the Three Sixty West project was sold at approximately ₹1.51 lakh per sq ft, with the transaction registered on July 29, 2026. The deal included five car parking spaces and incurred a stamp duty of ₹6.62 crore.
