Gaurs Group launched Gaur Alaris, an 11.8-acre luxury residential project in Sector 22D near Noida International Airport, aiming for sales of ₹1,900 crore. The project will feature approximately 1,088 apartments, priced from ₹1.32 crore, with completion expected by June 9, 2031. This development aligns with the growing residential demand along the Yamuna Expressway, driven by enhanced infrastructure and connectivity.
