Gautam Adani, 4 group firms settle with Sebi in minimum public shareholding violation case
Gautam Adani and four Adani Group firms settled with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) over minimum public shareholding violations. They agreed to pay ₹1.48 crore to resolve the issue, which originated from complaints in 2020. Sebi will not pursue further actions unless new violations arise.
