Gautam Adani and family topped the GROHE-Hurun India Real Estate Rich List 2026, surpassing DLF's Rajiv Singh with a real estate wealth of ₹90,400 crore, a 73% increase from the previous year. Singh's wealth fell to ₹90,200 crore, marking a 29% decline, which caused him to drop to second place. Mangal Prabhat Lodha and family ranked third with ₹67,700 crore, down 27%, while the list features five individuals from Mumbai among the top ten.
