GCCs may lease 35-40 million sq ft office space annually over next two years: Report
Global capability centres (GCCs) are projected to lease 35-40 million sq ft of Grade-A office space annually in India over the next two years, according to a report by Colliers India. GCCs are expected to represent 45-50% of the country's office space demand in 2026 and 2027, having already leased 118 million sq ft since 2021. Bengaluru and Hyderabad have been the primary locations for this demand, collectively accounting for over 60% of GCC leasing during this period.
