Goa government clears land for first affordable housing project in Parcem
The Goa government approved the transfer of 96,512 sqm of land in Parcem to the Goa Housing Board for the state's first affordable housing project under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The Housing Board plans to develop affordable housing complexes in every taluka of Goa. The project aims to address land acquisition challenges for future developments.
