Godrej Properties’ net profit declines 64% to ₹145.47 crore in Q2 FY27
Godrej Properties reported a 63.9% decline in net profit to ₹145.47 crore for Q2 FY27, down from ₹402.99 crore a year earlier. Despite this, total income rose 31.9% to ₹2,571.73 crore, with booking value reaching ₹8,008 crore. The company anticipates collections of ₹15,000 crore and operating cash flow of ₹7,000 crore in H2 FY27.
