'Govt will be responsible if...': Abhijeet Dipke says Sonam Wangchuk attacked amid hunger strike, 'object thrown'

Abhijeet Dipke alleged that 'goons' attempted to attack Wangchuk during the protest at Jantar Mantar, although he was unharmed.
