Gulshan Group will invest ₹1,000 crore to develop the Gulshan Empire residential project in Wave City, expected to generate over ₹1,200 crore in sales. The project will span 5.5 acres and include 500 residential units across six 31-storey towers, with completion slated for 2031. The company has already sold 200 apartments, representing 40% of the project inventory, with prices starting at ₹2.20 crore for 3 BHK units.
