Gulshan Group announced a ₹1,000 crore investment in Gulshan Empire, a premium housing project in Ghaziabad's Wave City, featuring apartments starting at ₹2.20 crore. The project, covering 5.5 acres, will include 500 apartments across six towers and is expected to generate over ₹1,200 crore in sales revenue. Initial demand appears strong, with around 200 apartments already sold, primarily to end-users from the NCR region.
