Gurugram builder sells same plot twice, cheats man of ₹10 lakh; arrested
Rajan Singh, an authorized signatory of Lotus Dream Projects and Developers, was arrested for selling the same plot of land to two buyers, defrauding one of them, Vijay Pandit, of over ₹10 lakh. Pandit alleged he paid for a 60 sq yard plot in the Winsome Homes project but never received possession, later discovering the plot was sold to another buyer at a higher price. An FIR was registered against Singh for criminal breach of trust, cheating, and conspiracy, with the Economic Offences Wing now investigating the case.
