Gurugram civic body's new demolition waste disposal rule linked to OCs
The Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) issued new guidelines for construction and demolition (C&D) waste disposal, effective immediately. Projects over 200 square metres must declare expected waste and deposit it at authorized facilities. This follows a high court order for a universal standard operating procedure to manage debris from civic works, addressing ongoing civic issues.
